30 Day “Make it Right” Policy
At The Sports Creed, we want to ensure you love your order and we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.
For any quality issues, please provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.
Under what circumstances are returns and refunds allowed?
We offer you a replacement or refund where products have a major failure, such as:
- When they are faulty or damaged on arrival
- When the product does not match the description
Timeframe in which returns are accepted
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact us within this period to initiate a return.
When to expect a refund
All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Once the return is complete, the refund is processed within 5 working days.
Cancellation Period / Timeframe
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
After delivery, you can contact us within 30 calendar days to initiate returns.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are eligible for returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as your package is delivered and you find anything damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
Returns are free for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders only. You are required to ship the package back to us, and we will refund the return shipping costs for these cases.
For all other cases, which do not include damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the buyer is required to bear full shipping costs, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Policy on Returning Goods
Returns due to size issues, customer’s remorse, change of mind, or no longer needing the product are NOT allowed. If the return is approved, such returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is required to bear full return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Orders with player names or custom name printing are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure you order the correct size and printing option.
Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period
Order return requests initiated after 30 days of delivery are unfortunately not eligible for returns/refunds.
Exchange
Exchanging a product for a different one or a different size/color is allowed, but it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer will be required to bear full return shipping costs.
Cancellation
To cancel your order, email us at returns@thesportscreed.com within 24 hours of placing the order. All orders are shipped within 1-3 days, and once shipped, it is not possible to recall/cancel the order.
Return Address
Please contact our support to get the return address and RMA number to initiate your return.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Send us an email at returns@thesportscreed.com requesting a return, refund, or exchange. Our returns department will guide you further regarding shipping and secure packaging of the package.
Make sure to pack the items properly into a box.
Place the mailing label in a square pattern on the label side of the parcel, covering any previous delivery address or barcodes without overlapping any adjacent side.
Make use of the address provided and attach the correct number of stamps.
You can ship your package to the closest post office or any shipping service you prefer.
Lost/Delayed Orders
Although rare, deliveries may be delayed or lost by couriers.
In cases of delay, there will be no compensation payable unless the Express Shipping method is used, in which case we can refund the cost of delivery paid.
For a package to be considered lost, we follow Royal Mail’s claim policy, which states we need to allow 10 working days (Mon-Fri) since the item was due to be delivered. After this time, we can lodge a lost item claim with Royal Mail or the courier. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for investigation and decision.
We won’t be able to re-send or refund you until the claim is approved by the courier. This is to avoid instances of the item being located after a refund is issued.
